Paul has over 15 years experience in Project Management, mainly in leading New Product
Introductions for UK plcs and holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
These include new construction products, commercialising new polymer manufacturing
methods and setting up new operating plants.
He has also managed R&D programmes, often grant funded, for commercialisation of
emerging technologies and has strong links with University research departments in
UK and overseas.
